Vidisha Joshi

Vidisha Joshi is a sector-versatile executive director, qualified solicitor and management consultant with over two decades of experience helping law firms and legal sector businesses drive growth, navigate change and build sustainable operational foundations.

Since establishing V Joshi Consulting Ltd in 2023, Vidisha has worked across a range of high-impact engagements spanning law firms and legal sector suppliers. Her consulting work has included leading complex SRA authorisation and ABS application processes, developing compliance and governance frameworks for regulated businesses, supporting firms through operational transformation and technology overhaul, and advising on management information and strategic planning. She has worked with businesses at critical inflection points, including those facing financial difficulty, leadership transition or significant structural change, providing interim leadership, facilitating merger discussions and engaging directly with regulators where required. Across her consultancy engagements she has also supported legal sector businesses in securing investment and funding to enable their next stage of growth.

Prior to her consulting career, Vidisha served as Managing Director at Premier Medical Group the second largest medico legal agency in the UK. Her leadership credentials are rooted in her time as Managing Partner of Hodge Jones & Allen, where she doubled profit in two years, delivered five-year targets in thirty-six months and led the firm's pioneering transition to become the first employee-owned law firm in the UK.
